- Dance Floor – No party is complete without having a boogie. Our Main Hall has a dedicated dance floor which sits directly in front of the stage.
- Stage – If you’re looking to have a band or performance, our stage is the perfect setting. We do have lighting and sound however this equipment is owned by MBAS (the Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society) who host our venue each Tuesday evening. A sound and lighting engineer can be booked through MBAS, just let us know in the enquiry form and we can put you in touch. You are welcome to bring your own equipment and set up a band or DJ.
- Tables and Chairs – Due to the size of the room, the Main Hall is perfect for both sit down and standing events. We can seat around 150 people comfortably with our many tables and chairs in the room. This makes it perfect if you’re looking to have a sit down catered meal at your function. Don’t want/need too many tables? No problem. You can move around the tables and chairs as you see fit.
- PA and AV facilities – As in our Roy Gerbing room, we have a PA system and bluetooth connectivity for music to be played through a phone or ipod. We also have a built in projector and screen in the Main Hall for corporate functions, displaying photos or videos (good for birthdays, anniversaries, wakes etc) if required.
- Easy access to the bar – The Main Hall sits right next to the bar, so you can simply walk through 1 door and you’re ready to order.
- Toys and Change Table: As per the Roy Gerbing room, we can bring in a change table or kids toys as required.
Main Hall Room Hire: 50-300 capacity (150 seated)
Time slot: 12-5pm or 5:30-11:30pm (We’re also available to open early for breakfast or morning events and all-day hire if required)
$450 in peak season Nov to March ($400 off peak Apr-Oct) inc. 2 bowling rinks for the duration of your function hire.
Additional rink hire: When you hire a function room you receive a reduced additional rink hire fee of $75 per 2 hours or $150 for the duration of your function per rink.
